Pecan brownie

Pecan brownie

Brownies originated in the United States at the end of the 19th century, probably in Chicago. This soft little chocolate cake quickly conquered the whole world. Adding pecans gives it an even tastier, subtly crunchy touch. These nuts, typical of the southern United States, not only add flavour but also nutritional benefits: they are rich in healthy fats, antioxidants and minerals such as magnesium and zinc.

On the sweet side, the combination of melting chocolate and crunchy pecans creates a perfect balance on the palate. For Father’s Day, it’s an idea that’s as original as it is comforting. It’s a refreshing change from traditional gifts, yet easy to make at home, with a personal touch.
A pecan brownie is a simple, sincere and generous gift. It’s a lovely way to say ‘I love you’ with chocolate, while surprising with a recipe that’s both classic and reinvented. A sweet treat that will melt the heart of every dad with a sweet tooth.
