Where to put the eggs in the fridge?
Most appliance manufacturers offer a storage rack for eggs in the fridge door. However, it is not recommended to place them there. The many openings and closings cause temperature variations that affect the preservation and quality of the eggs.
It is best to keep them in a cool place at a constant temperature and away from light. The middle of the refrigerator is best suited for this purpose.
In supermarkets, eggs are not kept in the refrigerator, again to avoid temperature variations.
Once at home, the FASFC also advises to keep them in the refrigerator and in their original packaging.
