Making your own carnival mask is easy and fun. A great family activity for the Carnival holidays.

Materials :

1. An egg box
2. Scissors
3. Water colour paint
4. Brushes
5. Elastic band

How do you do it?

1. Cut off the left and right ends of the egg carton to obtain the shape of the mask as shown in the illustration. With a box of 6 eggs you can make 2 masks.
2. Make a hole for the eyes. You can round it off with a biro.
3. And now the fun part: Decorate the mask with the water colour paint.
4. Then finish it off by attaching an elastic band to the sides.
