Easy poached eggs

Poached eggs are the result of cooking eggs in water without its shell. A very delicate exercise!

The classic recipe consists of simmering water with vinegar, into which the eggs are carefully poured. By creating a whirlpool, the white is folded around the yolk and the process is completed by connecting the white with two spoons.

Luckiliy, there are more simple ways to do this.

Place oiled cling film in a small bowl. Break the egg into the centre of the bowl, close the film and make sure it is airtight. Once the water is simmering, place the eggs in the pan of water. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes depending on the size of the eggs.
